- Tailor made , Well maintained and Calibrated Manufacturing Machinery and Test Equipments.
- Follows Predefined Process Identification Document (PID) to manufacture.
- The process parameters/observations at all stages of manufacturing and Testing are Recorded and Monitored.
- Extensive in-process testing during manufacturing.
- Educated, Trained & Motivated operators/technicians.
- Proper identification and perseverance at every intermedial stage.
FINAL TESTING
- Well defined Non-Conformance (NC) evaluation, Control and disposition system.
- Well maintained and calibrated test facility to conduct 100% tests for lot acceptance and qualification as per applcable MIL / British / Russian / German - IEC / NEMA / IS standards.
- Lot acceptance tests are witnessed by customer Representative /third party inspector before dispatch
- Quality Conformance Certificate (COC) is provided for every lot with test reports having actual observed values.
- Provide performance warranty Certificate for applicable period
- Well trained, educated and self-motivated Inspectors.
